The current building
The current property is U-shaped and built in a mix of traditional bricks and Langhe stone and contains an abundance of old features such as” Crotins” (old hand-carved caves), very large old wooden beams, fireplaces and of course a cantina.
The project has endless options
The current owner has presented two separate projects to the commune. One which is the L-shaped house presented in this sales prospect but in addition a project setting out a renovation of the entire existing U-shaped house is also in existence. 

For you as the potential new owner this gives you an endless number of opportunities to create exactly the size and shape of property you need as well as the freedom to design the interior to your taste and requirements.
