18th century farmhouse, a historical treasure that offers a unique harmony between the colors of the earth and the blue of the sky.
Surrounded by olive groves and flowery fields, this farmhouse, over time, and following an important conservative renovation, was expanded to become the splendid stone structure that welcomes us today. Currently used as an accommodation facility and private events.
Access to the farm is via an enchanting avenue of centuries-old pine trees.
On the ground floor, we find an elegant living room with stone barrel vaults and refined furnishings, embellished with a large billiard table.
On the first floor, the four bedrooms guarantee comfort and privacy. The suites offer beautiful countryside views through large windows. An internal staircase leads to the floor, where the bedrooms are located around a large hallway. The small kitchen on the mezzanine floor, with a large stone fireplace, is perfect for preparing breakfast and is located near the sleeping area.
From the first floor there is also access to a solarium equipped with sofas and deckchairs, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding panorama and, on clear days, also of the sea.
The park surrounding the swimming pool is an oasis of peace with lush vegetation and tall trees that offer coolness during the hot summer days.
The barbecue and dining area, equipped with tables and chairs, makes poolside moments and parties possible.
The entrance on the ground floor leads to a large hallway/living room connected to the kitchen, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is accessible for disabled people) and the main living room, which includes a billiard corner and a lounge area with sofas and fireplace. The living room offers direct access to the pool area.
A further large room on the ground floor has not yet been renovated.


The estate is located just a few minutes from the center of Conversano, a fascinating medieval village rich in history and culture. The strategic position of the farm allows you to easily reach the splendid beaches of the Adriatic coast, as well as the renowned tourist resorts of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. Guests can explore the beauty of the Itria Valley, with its characteristic trulli and the picturesque towns of Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni and Martina Franca.


Bari airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.
