Free on all four sides, the house lives among the winter fogs that barely allow you to glimpse the tops of the trees that populate the garden, and the bright light that greets the spring days where the gaze reaches the still snow-capped peaks to give in to the red of the sunsets in unforgettable evenings. Awakened by the song of a myriad of birds or the rhythmic drumming of the Woodpecker, the south-facing windows allow you to admire herons and egrets, hawks and buzzards but also hares and, on the clearest evenings, the passage of entire families of deer.
Having crossed the northern part of the garden and entered the house, you are embraced by the friendly warmth of a fine terracotta floor and welcomed into a living room in which the fireplace dominates, created by the hands of wise and expert craftsmen with Verona stone. You then move on to the kitchen, whose back allows access to one of the two garages and to a service area as well as a bathroom.
The staircase leads to the upper floor where two more bathrooms, one of which is the master bathroom, surround three large bedrooms.
From the north side, on clear days, you can see the peaks of the Alps and the vast fields that the Ferrara countryside is rich in and the wetlands where even the Ibis have come to live.
A large garden with tall trees surrounds the house: oaks, holm oaks, birches, magnolias, pines and more allow you to enjoy the coolness on summer evenings while a homemade barbecue helps you spend pleasant evenings with friends.
The house also offers two outdoor fountains and a shelter for cars, which together with everything else make it a unique and magical place.
Finally, going out into the street, you can be accompanied for long stretches by the low flight of a falcon and then be left in the company of other winged inhabitants of the place, not without first having looked into their eyes and greeted them with a friendly look.
