Public notice is hereby given that the above-named company is the full owner of a buildable plot of land located in Gorizia (GO) and better identified in the Land Registry (Catasto Terreni) of the same cadastral municipality at Sheet 14, parcel 3674 category F3 (urban courtyard) with a total area of 1,689 sq m, and at the Tavolare Office of Gorizia P.T. WEB 2904 of Contado – Sheet A1 – C.T. 1 of Gorizia with a 1/1 share of p.c.e. 1178. Said land falls within ZONE C2 in the internal transformation area between Via Trento, Via Duca d’Aosta, Via Ariosto and Via Donizzetti, with intended use for residential, hotel and complementary hospitality purposes, all as better represented in the sworn appraisal report drawn up by Eng. Carlo Sega on 16 March 2023.
The owning company has put the aforementioned asset up for sale and has received an irrevocable purchase offer at the price of euro 180,000.00 plus taxes as required by law.
The search for improved offers compared to the one already received is opened through the publication of this notice.
Any improved purchase offers must be received by the latest deadline of 25 March 2026 at 12:00 noon at the office of Dr. Fabio Zuliani in Udine (UD), Piazzale Osoppo no. 3, in a sealed envelope containing, under penalty of invalidity, a non-transferable cashier’s cheque in an amount equal to 10% of the offered price and made payable to SVILUPPO INIZIATIVE S.r.l., with the exact details of the bidder.
The envelopes received will be opened on 26 March 2026 at 10:30 at the office of Dr. Fabio Zuliani in the presence of the company’s sole director.
All bidders may attend the opening operations in person.
In the event of multiple bidders, a competitive bidding process will be held among them, starting from the highest offer.
The minimum bid increment is set at euro 2,000.00 (two thousand euros).
Each bidder will have 60 (sixty) seconds to raise, compared to the previous offer.
After 60 (sixty) seconds from the last bid increase have elapsed without anyone having submitted a further increase, the asset shall be deemed awarded, without reservation, to the last bidder.
