The house in the woods, located in Palombaro, in the past used as a restaurant, is surrounded by a hectare of oak park, elves and fruit trees, in the adjacent area it is possible to make a vegetable garden to grow seasonal vegetables and build a swimming pool.
The house is located in a district halfway between the center of Palombaro and those of Fara San Martino and Casoli, on a small hill, easily accessible by paved provincial road up to 20 meters from the entrance of the property, surrounded by nature, in the Pedemontana area of the Maiella Geopark Unesco with hiking paths, nature areas, faunanistic areas and spectacular hermitages.
It is 10 minutes from the expressway from where you can reach the A14 motorway exit in about 15 minutes, it is about 50 km from Pescara airport.
It has a convenient location to reach the ski resorts of Passo Lanciano and della Maielletta in just 25 minutes and those of Roccaraso in 45 minutes, where you can ski admiring the Adriatic Sea, as well as to reach the beaches of the Costa dei Trabocchi, in 30 minutes, and the famous green road, the cycle path that goes through one of the most picturesque stretches of the Adriatic for 42 kilometers.
The house is an excellent residential or tourist solution, it can also be converted into an accommodation facility with restaurant on the ground floor and rooms upstairs. It is excellent for those looking for relaxation, healthy life outdoors in the countryside, by the sea or in the mountains.
