Hotel with restaurant located near the railway station of Canistro (AQ): the second municipality to which funds for the authentic villages of the PNRR have been assigned - it's located at 15 mins from Civitella Roveto(AQ), famous for its amazing ancient "rue" / streets, about 120km from Rome, 80km from L 'Aquila.
The village, characterized by its precious thermal baths, it's also known for the INI (Italian Neuro-traumatological Institute) orthopedic clinic which registers about 200 accesses a day, constituting part of the hotel's guests.
Canistro is further known for its famous Santa Croce mineral water and for the natural park "La Sponga".
The relaxed atmosphere you can live here took the name of "Borgo del respiro" / "Breath Village" for this special town.
There are also beautiful and peculiar festivals worth to be experienced and full of turists (e.g. "autumn flavors", "ancient rue", "Saint John", "chestnut festival"..).

The hotel consists of a ground floor - the restaurant, with a full-composed and new kitchen and a terrace overlooking the Rio Esparto river - and 3 floors, served by stairs and a lift, with a total of 12 rooms, 8 with balconies - all equipped with independent heating regulation.
The structure does not have its own parking lot, but the street in which it's located allows you to easily find a parking space.
The hotel was restored in 2015, is in the center of the village, and is just a few meters away from the various services (restaurant, bar, main square, grocery...) - the INI clinic is 1.5km away.
In 2017 the structure was awarded the ISO 9002 quality certification.
