LOCATION:
The property is located just below the historic city centre of Città Santì'Angelo – a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. The center has some restaurants, bakeries, shops, a bank and a post office. There is also an urgent care clinic and a few doctors' offices in the city center and a hospital about 5 km from the center. The town is beautifully maintained and regularly hosts musical events and festivals.

The sea is about 10 km from the house, with dozens of shops and restaurants along the coast. The mountains and national parks are within 1 house's drive. There is both an International Airport and a large train station in Pescara, which is about 25 minutes drive from the house. Thre is a large variety of restaurants and shopping areas available in greater Città Sant'Angelo, including two major shopping malls and several large grocey stores. Rome is about 2 hours away by car and 3 hours by bus.
