The frame is characterised by the 'romanelle' motif, the jambs, architraves and window sills of the windows and the entrance door on the upper floor are made of stone, while the openings on the lower floor have no frames, only simple window sills.
The upper floor has 5 rooms after a big hallway and a terrace of about 20 sqm; while the inferior floor is composed of 4 rooms.
Adjacent to the building are some basement rooms of approximately 20 square metres.
The renovation of the building should aim at the preservation of the traditional building elements present: stone masonry, brick vaulted ceilings with iron beams, wooden roof...
It is possible to make a flat or two residential units on the upper floor, and a restaurant business on the lower floor.
