Just a few kilometres from the pretty 12th century village we find a characteristic country house overlooking the Maiella mountain range.

The house has been restored in every small detail and keeps the architectural features of an early 20th century farmhouse, where the old stables in the basement floor  have been converted into living spaces and show the vaulted ceilings with exposed sandblasted bricks, the original windows and doors have been carefully restored. The magical atmosphere of old times is preciously preserved in the house.

The house has a  heating system, two fireplaces, and an LPG fired boiler.

Cugnoli is a pretty medieval town located between the Adriatic sea and the Majella ski resort, at the perfect altitude of about 300 m above the sea level.
Cugnoli is ideal for those looking for a slower pece of life. The town offers a supermarket, butcher, baker, hairdresser, a bank, post office, pharmacy and a doctor. There are 2 good restaurants and 3 bars.
Pescara with its International Airport and train station is reachable in 30 minutes drive
