The structure rises in the beautiful hills of Colonnella, where the air is healthy and fresh and is less than 5 km from the sea and more precisely the shores of Martinsicuro, one of the most known and prestigious seaside resorts of Abruzzo as well as one of the most adapt for enjoying a family-friendly vacation and is only 1 hour by car from the Gran Sasso d’Italia. The structure is composed by two buildings: the first building on the first floor holds a wide breakfast room, a kitchen, service bathrooms and three bedrooms with internal bathroom of which two with cooking corner and one with removal of architectural barriers and lastly a spacious porch with heating system for winter use as well; on the first floor we find two autonomous apartments with terrace; lastly a warehouse-pantry, laundry room and reserved bathroom on th level below the street; in the second building we find 4 bedrooms with internal bathroom and private garden. The buildings are of new construction (2016) and in perfect condition, with photovoltaic panels for hot water and electricity, internet cable, salt water swimming pool, garden with illumination and irrigation system, tank for the collection of rainwater, the property is completely fenced and in the land there are approximately 100 olive trees besides various fruit trees. La structure se trouve dans les très belles collines de Colonnella, où l’aire est sain et fraîche et il est à un petit moin de 5 km de la mer et plus précisément dès les plages de Martinsicuro, une des localités de mer plus célèbres et connu d’Abruzzo ainsi que une des plus adaptés pour passer une vacance family friendly et il est environ 1 heure en voiture du Gran Sasso d’Italia. La structure est composée des deux corps de bâtiments: le premier corp au rez-de-chaussée abrite une grande salle de déjeuner, une cuisine, salles de bains de services et trois chambres avec bain intérieur desquelles deux avec coin cuisine et une avec abattage des barrières architecturales et enfin un spacieux portique avec système de chauffage pour usage aussi d’hiver; dans le premier étage on trouve deux appartements autonomes avec terrasse; et enfin un entrepôt-dispense, buanderie et bain réservée dans l’étage dessouse de la route; dans le deuxième corp on trouve 4 chambres avec bain intérieur et jardin privé. Les bâtiments sont de nouvelle construction (2016) et sont en parfait conditions, avec panneaux photovoltaïque pour l’eau chaud et illumination, ligne internet, piscine d’eau salée, jardin avec système de lumière et irrigation, citerne d’eau pluviale, la propriété est complètement clôturé et dans le terrain il y a environ 100 oliviers ainsi que différentes arbres de fruits. Près de la structure est possible rencontrer le centre historique de Colonnella ou trouver alimentaires, bars, pizzerias, restaurants et autres services essentiels.
