The property is located along the main street, in the heart of the historic center of Montepagano, where the famous singer Gianluca Ginoble of the "il Volo" musical group was born and lives. Montepagano is just 5 km from Roseto degli Abruzzi, a famous seaside resort on the Adriatic coast. It is a typical large aristocratic building (with a surface of more than 800 sq.m) called "Palazzo Mezzopreti", from the surname of the family whose coat of arms is frescoed in the vault of the portico.
On the ground floor, there are various areas, characterized by brick vaults of great beauty plus a large courtyard. On the first floor, which is accessed by a large, monumental staircase with frescoes on the walls, there are large rooms (net surface area around 20-25 sq.m) with considerable height (4.20 m on top of the vault) as well as a prestigious lounge of mq. 45, with precious frescoes from the early 1900s.
On the first floor there is also an independent dwelling with a small garden and private access from Via Thesorati.
The second floor (attic) has very variable heights, mostly habitable, with new exposed wooden roof and small but picturesque views of the Adriatic Sea.
It is a very popular building, so much so as to be considered "interesting Renaissance building from an architectural point of view" in the urban classification of the "Historic Center" and to be the "heart" of the typical Abruzzo Wine Exhibition that takes place every summer in Montepagano for over 40 years.
