The house is surrounded by a beautiful oak wood (see photo n °2) and the road, which can be traveled by car, which leads to the house, passes through this wood. There are other houses nearby.

Near the house, which is equipped with water and electricity and gas in the cylinder, you can find a water well with spring water.
