The permitted uses of reference to art.4 are: B3, B4, B5, B8, B9, B10, B11, and C.
The transformations must respect the following urban planning parameters:
- Ift: 2.00 mc/sq m;
- Rc: 40%;
- Max height of structures: 8.00 linear meters (excluding chimneys, antennas, special equipment and technical volumes, strictly connected to the functionality of the plant);
- Standard areas in the minimum amount of 10% of the intervention area.
The construction of housing for the owner or for the personnel in charge of surveillance and maintenance of the plants is permitted, provided that it is contained in a useful area of a maximum of 140 sq m.
On each lot, along the fence and inside, it is mandatory to plant tall trees to be chosen eventually among the typical species of the area and to be placed no more than 8.00 m. apart from each other.
Other following parameters:
•Industrial and craft buildings can be built on lots with a surface area of not less than 1,000 sq m.
•Buildings must be set back from the boundaries by a distance of not less than 5.00 linear meters.
•Between buildings of the same industrial complex, unless they do not have windows, a distance of at least the height of the tallest building must be observed.
•In the case of craft activity, construction in aderenza is permitted, provided that the various buildings form a single front of identical architectural characteristics.
The land is easily connected to municipal utilities (networks: electricity, water, sewage, natural gas and telephone).
