The villa is located in c.da Santa Lucia di Castrolibero, at via S. Lucia 29, about 500 meters. s.l.m., and was completed in October 2006.

It is surrounded by a large English lawn (equipped with an irrigation system and powered by its own well) as well as an orchard. The outdoor area is also equipped with two pumps for irrigation and a very comfortable shower with hot and cold water. The space is suitable for allowing the construction of a large swimming pool.

The interior is spread over two levels, for a total of about 300 square meters.

The first level consists of a large garage (in which there are also a sink and a tank with autoclave and which leads to an undermount-closet having dimensions equal to the entire villa), the living area and the sleeping area.

The living area consists of a large entrance hall with fireplace, office connecting to the garage, study, kitchen with pantry. From the kitchen and the living room there is access to a large L-shaped porch in laminated wood, in which there is a barbecue, with worktop and stone sink. The floor of the living area and of the porch is in first choice klinker-like terracotta.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with parquet flooring, two single bedrooms with parquet flooring, a laundry room with balcony, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub), a closet and a basement.

The upstairs consists of a large attic with parquet of about 60 square meters, bathroom, large closet and balcony with a splendid view of the pre-Sila and the Sila.

The two floors are connected by a masonry staircase with the same terracotta-like klinker floor as the ground floor and the porch.

The roof of the house is in exposed laminated wood (equipped with an insulating package) and is visible, as well as in the attic and in the porch, in the garage, in the study, in the three bedrooms and in the laundry room.

The internal fixtures are in wood-aluminum with double chamber, while the external ones are in anti-intrusion steel. The living room is illuminated not only by the French windows that allow access to the porch, but also by a large armored glass window.

The heating system is methane, with fan coils in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and attic, bathroom furniture in the services, radiator in the laundry, and is already set up for cold weather.
The two floors of the house each have their own room thermostat.

On the roof there is a tower designed for the arrangement of solar panels. The large dimensions of the roof pitches also allow the installation of photovoltaic panels.

Between inside and outside runs a flat sidewalk, completely covered by the pitches of the laminated wood roof.
