Situated along Via Don Minzoni, Parco Relax is a mixture of resident and vacation homes. Entry to the complex through a large courtyard accessing three stairwells. Up one flight of stairs through stairwell A leads to apartment 11. The main door opens up to a small corridor. To the left is the main living area with a new fully fitted kitchen. Off the open plan living area are balcony doors leading to the terrace.

To the right of the corridor is a new refitted bathroom with shower, toliet, sink and washing machine. To the right of the bathroom is the newly furnished bedroom with ample closet space.

Scalea is a town home to just over 10,000 people with a climate among the best in southern Europe. With an abundance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and local stores, the town offers everything you would expect from a lively beach resort. The main tourist season is August with many people visiting from Naples. The rest of the year we have visitors from many parts of the world. The locals are extremely warm and friendly and you’ll receive a great welcome.

Closest airports are Naples and Lamezia Terme both well serviced by trains.
