Favazzina is located about 5.6km from the center of the town of Scilla, 10 minutes by car, walkable on foot or by bicycle. Scilla doesn't have a public transportation, however, in the summer period private bee cars are active for a fee for transportation services and sightseeing tours. 

Scilla can be reached by train, cabs and buses both private and public at different rates. 
Scilla's municipality offers for the summer period, from June to October, elevator service, at the price of €1.00 per person, which connects the upper part of Scilla,the district of San Giorgio to Marina Grande.

The cottage is 5.2km from the first aid point located in Scilla, where there are supermarkets,Italian post office, BPER Bank with an outdoor ATM, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias, gift and clothing stores.
 In the village of Favazzina itself, you can find a modest supermarket, the renowned slush magician(Mago delle granite) "Da Peppino" and bathing establishments.

Beyond the charming seafront and its transparent water Scilla is renowned for its houses built by the sea in the Chianalea neighborhood,a gem set in a nativity scene.
Chianalea is a district of fishermen that at Christmas and Summer Time is enriched with lights and decorations.

Suggestive is the patronal feast of San Rocco in Scilla, where every summer in mid-August, the patron Saint, is celebrated with traditional religious rites and civil celebrations with fireworks, cultural and musical events.

It's possible being present at the famous "Hunting of swordfish" -the king of the Costa Viola. in the period from May to the beginning of July. You can climb up the typical boat from Scilla, called"Passerella".
In that specific period of the year the swordfishes come from Cuba to Scilla to make love and reproduce.

Scilla is also made up of deep caves and a coastal strip that can only be visited by private boats, enabled for sightseeing tours with happy-hours on board at sunset, made up of bright and muted colors. Enjoying the sunset from Scilla-Favazzina, looking at Sicily has no equal in the world.

In Reggio Calabria it is possible to visit the National Museum of Magna Graecia, which contains among its greatest artifacts, the Riace Bronzes and the Philosopher's Head, then it is possible to admire the Greek Walls, the Roman Baths, a recently found ancient pagan temple located near the central station of R.C., the Aragonese Castle, etc.

Scilla is close to other excellent tourist towns such as Bagnara and Palmi.

The residence is accessed by one's own car along a dirt path. The road to the residence is private, road property shared with other private individuals in the area.
There is an entrance with an automatic gate, shared with the other townhouses.
The house is 130 sq. m. Arranged on three floors and has 80 sq. m. of the outdoor courtyard. 
The whole interior is already furnished; 

• on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a TV, there is a kitchen and a bathroom; 
• on the second floor there is a double bedroom., overlooking the sea thanks to a 30 sq. m.  of balcony; 
• another bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom on the second floor, all already furnished. The second floor is equipped with a washing machine.

The interior furnishings and walls maintain a color that lends itself well to a vacation home, intended as a beach house. 

No air conditioning is needed, thanks to the sea breeze and the proximity of the mountains.

The cottage is surrounded by several citrus groves.

There is : an outdoor shower and uncovered indoor parking, with a small, non-automatic, non-motorized gate with manual closing;  on the second floor there is a broad balcony with a panoramic view towards Scilla, Sicily, the Eolie Islands, the Ruffo Castle and the Gulf of Bagnara;  in the basement there is a relaxation area with a sofa bed; At 30 meters from the house there is a private beach where there is a private bathing establishment directly on the beach .
If you prefer, you can also easily access the public beach. 

This gorgeous house adjoins the pizzeria restaurant, farm holidays "Luna Rossa" , with a soccer field and tennis court, which can be rented for a fee by users.
