Beatiful renovated old italian house with modern eco-philosophy. 7 km from middle-age city of Ferrara. 40 km from Bologna airport and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Venice.
The property sits on a 3000 m2 of beautiful garden with native species in a wonderful countryside with famous WWF habitat along the road that get to the adriatic sea (30 minutes). The house has some open-spaces. The ground floor is devided in: open space with modern kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, wide cellar and fitness zone (160 m2) and guests house (45 m2). with private bathroom. A spacious portico (100 m2) completes the ground floor. The first floor is composed by an open space living with modern kitchen (100 m2) and large windows to keep the house in the nature landscape. A large terrace allows to have a breakfast outdoor to look at the sunrise in the smell of herbs.
The first floor is completed by 2 large bedrooms with private bathroom (1 of these with a large terrace), laundry and a spacious winter garden with play-room (200 m2).
