The property consists of 4 buildings, which also include the modern wine cellar, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and a tasting room.
The entire property is only 4 km from the city of Cesena, 9 km from the Cesena Nord motorway exit, 12 km from Forlì airport, 20 km from the Adriatic sea.


The estate covers a total area of approximately 26 hectares. Of this, most are covered by vineyards (19.00 ha), mainly included in the specification of the DOP Romagna area, mostly exposed to the South, South-West, they give quality grapes and have a good yield (90 -100 quintals/hectare) thanks to the clayey-tuffaceous soil and the high investment of plants/hectare.
The remaining surface is made up of olive groves that produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil and woods.


In 2017/18 the cellar was renovated with all the winemaking facilities new, bringing a potential production capacity of up to 100,000 bottles, with current production standing at around 20,000
