In the incredibly beautiful hills of Romagna Tuscany lies the manor house “Trerè” with its land. 
The property was built around the 18th century, has 10 rooms and approximately 300 m2, has its own history and retains the charm of that time.
 Organized as the manor houses of these times, the ground floor comprised the lodgings for the peasants who worked for the master, on the first floor the lodgings of the owner and his family, on the third floor the large loft (three habitable rooms).
The first floor consists of several entrances: the main one, which leads to an entrance / cloakroom, another directly into the kitchen, and a third one that connects all three floors through an internal stone staircase.

The ground floor has stables, a cellar for wine and grappa production, a pizza oven built into the wall and more. There are also separate entrances for living quarters with bathrooms and a fireplace. 
From the windows of every room of the house, you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the Apennine hills. In front of the house, there is plenty of space under a huge millenary oak, pine and cypress trees where you can relax in the shade on hot summer days, enjoying the panoramic views. 

There is also a large barn in front of the house, which can be used, as a building for productive functions related to agricultural activities, as well as for agritourism activities, on the territory there are also an equipped garage, a pigsty and a chicken coop.
The surrounding land is sold together with the country house, which includes an olive grove of 1.25 hectares with more than 150 mature and fertile olive trees, vineyard land of 0.6625 hectares (cut-down after the death of the owners in 2013, but documented as still existing), arable land designated for crops, a huge kitchen garden, woodland and pasture for animals. They are 16.5 hectares of agricultural land.
