We are located in the wonderful park of the Bastardina Castle, located in a pre-hilly position between the Luretta Valley and the Tidone Valley. The Castle was built to defend the salt road that from Bobbio, passing through the hills of Piacenza, reached Milan. Agazzano remains the best-served centre of these hills. In addition to the well-known Castle of Agazzano, which is open to visitors, you can stop in a very pretty town that offers every service from typical Piacenza trattorias, ice cream parlors, bars and shops.
Today the park of the Castle houses various private residences and the whole area remains protected by the superintendence of the "Belle Arti"; Each residence enjoys independence and complete autonomy, and the area is protected with a secure entrance that gives access to the park only to residents.
In this enchanting setting, we offer an exclusive country house with great character.
We enter the house from a scenic porch where we find a sober, remarkable and characterful atmosphere inside. As we enter, our gaze goes to the ceilings that have exposed brick vaults as evidence of what the building was like before the transformation, that is, a stable attached to the Castle; We can then observe the beauty of a large kitchen with island, finely furnished, the hood with a unique design is a touch of modernity and unusual uniqueness, on the left the service area, large bathroom and a sauna cabin; We continue in the double living room, the majolica stove is magnificent; to the side the dining room for any dinners with guests; Finally, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms and a large disengaged bathroom serving both.  
Above the living area we also enjoy a prestigious covered terrace of about 150 square meters where, if necessary, you can create a relaxation area or one day expand the living area of the house.
In front of the house there is a private garden of about 1000sqm and a reserved area of property for parking use.
