FINISHES: The farmhouse has been recently renovated. The in-depth renovation involved the entire structure, adapting it to current seismic regulations, the technical equipment, the electrical system, the plumbing system and the heating are completely functional and compliant. The aesthetic and structural part was the subject of particular care, in the refinement of the materials used and their installation. The entire structure has exposed stone walls, wooden beams with tiles, wooden window frames with double glazing, the bedroom doors are ancient, maintaining the period locks and latches, which have also been restored.

USE AND POTENTIALITY: The property is currently used as a B&B, ready to be used for income without the need for any modification or construction work.
