OUTDOOR

There is a well for automatic irrigation.
There is a swimming pool area of about 10x5 meters in the park adjacent to the house, currently without the pool, which needs to be restored.
In the garden, there are also two houses: one for tools and the tractor and the other for children's games.
In the area near the masonry space for the swimming pool, two service bathrooms have been created used as changing rooms / showers, deriving from the restoration of the ancient pigsty, now recovered and fully functional.
Adjacent to the structure there is a wood-burning oven used for bread and pizza.

The heating is autonomous with methane gas with two boilers, one on each floor. There are air conditioners in the rooms.
Since the property is located in a small hamlet, all utilities are mains, including black water drains.

The farmhouse is perfectly habitable, all the furnishings and finishes are properly in line with traditional peasant houses: walls with exposed stone, ceilings with wooden beams and tiles,
handrails and iron finishes.
The fixtures and doors are made of wood and where possible those in ancient wood have been maintained, totally restored.
