Saludecio is one of the many hamlets of Malatestian origin that characterise our hills, hills very close to the sea and to every convenience.

But here in Saludecio there's a peculiarity within a peculiarity, namely that, in addition to the classic historic centre on the top of the hill, next to the Pesaro side, in the middle of total greenery, there's another village, very small, with its square, its church and its imposing sea view, and this is the Castello di Meleto.

Village almost entirely renovated, classic situation where everyone knows each other and you live in the house with the key in the external lock, without running any type of problem or danger.

And here, in the village, we have to offer no less than two civil dwellings, both adjoining on the sides but internally connected, and this allows us at the moment to have a total of approximately 180 sq m of living space.

We are in a dominant position, with a real sea view from every window of the house that faces east (the other free side looks out over everything to the west).

The property is completely to be renovated, that's true, and at the moment I can't give you photos of the interior, we are emptying it of its belongings, but the exterior is well visible and well positioned.

As with all houses from the first post-war period, we have large rooms (I counted 4 bedrooms), few bathrooms (only two at the moment) and more levels connected by internal stairs: one of these stairs leads to a small cellar where we find a passage that then leads us to the lower part of the house, where next to it we find a large garage.

There, in front, looking at the sea, we also have two strips of land sold together with the house: one very small, a real handkerchief of 57 sq m in the land registry, while the other much larger, of almost 500 sq m: here the sellers had the idea of developing a very interesting project, namely organising the house with some rooms for rent, bringing a restaurant kitchen into the garage in line with the horizon that looks out to the sea and putting tables to serve in the two strips of land, where in summer you can comfortably enjoy the coolness, the tranquility of a place that has remained intact in its tranquility but not abandoned to itself.

The project was abandoned, but it is not said that you cannot take it up again, improving it!
