The residential complex will consist of three-room apartments with a garden or balcony, as well as two-story terraced houses with covered parking, a private garden and a living area of approximately 150 square meters. The entrance to the terraced houses opens onto a comfortable hallway where we find the staircase leading to the sleeping area on the upper floor, a windowed guest bathroom and a large open-plan living area with an open-plan kitchen. In the living area, large patio doors make the environment bright and allow access to the covered porch of 20 square meters. The complex is located in the heart of the village of Fraforeano, an ancient center where the historic Villa Kechler of the 18th century stands, a historic residence of the de Asarta family, which hosted the famous writer Ernest Hemingway.
