ARPINO 

Arpino is a beautiful hilltop town with great access to both Rome and Naples. The closest airport is Ciampino, but the main international airport, Fiumicino, is approx. 1.5 hours drive.   Naples international airport is a similar distance.

Lovely beaches are within an hours drive, as are the ski fields.  A 40 min drive brings you to to the stunning Abruzzo National Park, which has beautiful forests to explore, gorgeous mountain ranges, lakes to swim in and lots of picturesque small towns and restaurants to discover.
