This historic villa is located in the area of Arpino known as Collecarino, which is set on a picturesque peninsula just a few minute's drive from the historic center. 

Built some 250 years ago for a wealthy family, the villa has most definitely seen better days and will require a full renovation/ restoration. There is a lot of potential to become something very special here due to the abundance of original features, grand style of the home, position and incredible views. 

There are three floors in total, with a charming central stone staircase connecting them. 

The ground floor was designed to allow carriages to pass through and was otherwise used by servants of the original home. There are stone vaulted ceilings on this level and the imposing central entry door has a large terrace that with some landscaping, will provide spectacular views reaching right across many towns of the Ciociaria and their imposing mountain backdrop. 

The first and second floors of the home enjoy fabulous views to both sides, and there is ample scope to create as many bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces as you desire. The top floor also features a terrace that runs right along one side of the villa.

Thre is an old gated driveway to the home, and a large garden area which, when landscaped, will be fabulous. There is room for a large swimming pool.
