In Rocchette, a fortified village of Torri in Sabina (RI), perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Imella valley, stands a historic 17th-century palazzo, the last residence of Baroness Bianca Emilia Allier, widow of the painter Vincenzo Camuccini. Restored by the Montani family in 1608, it retains its original structure. We are in the heart of the Rieti Sabina area, just a few kilometres from Rome via the A1 motorway (Stimigliano or Magliano Sabina exit) and served by the FL1 line with stations in Poggio Mirteto and Stimigliano.
The building, independent yet located in the historic centre, comprises three units with separate entrances: a C/1 of 13 sq m, a C/2 of 10 sq m and a dwelling of approximately 400 sq m in total on three levels.
