If this description follows the photos, I think not too many words are needed to describe this masterpiece. Yes, because, for me, who had the honor of purchasing it and living there for a certain period of time, this house is a stage for Nature, a magical and magnetic place, a canvas that every day reveals its infinite nuances of superior art... an intangible art that paints wonders and is never the same. 
One thing must be clear before continuing: this is not a home for families, it’s a home suitable for a couple or a single person.
But let's start with the description of the apartment, leaving the poetry suspended for a moment.
The entrance is from the main road with an automatic gate, which also provides access to three other units below (the property in question was originally a large single villa, later divided into four independent units). Two parking spaces are available in the entrance courtyard; to the left, an elegant and discreet cast iron fence borders a paved garden with large flower beds and a stone oven, belonging and exclusively owned by the property in question. A long storage bench frames it, and the warm fireplace completes this corner of paradise, where in winter you can immerse yourself in long readings accompanied by the presence of the magnetic fire.
Continuing on the opposite side, an elegantly designed and modern iron and glass door separates the short hallway; two mirrored chestnut doors, designed by me, lead to the bathroom on the right, and to the large bedroom with a walk-in closet on the left. 
Another wrought-iron and glass door -this one old, unlike the other- leads to a stairs and to a storage room with a large built-in closet, a dryer, and a under stairs, essential as a small storage room. Going up, you access the spectacular terrace that spans the entire surface of the house. A small but essential toilet with a practically new washing machine offers convenience when spending days and evenings outdoors. And while on one side you lose yourself in the magnificence of the lake panorama, turning one's gaze in the opposite direction one catches a crisp glimpse of the sea and admires the sunsets of which I have gifted you with a few still images. 

Going down four steps still on the terrace, a more private area could not miss a three-seater Jacuzzi hot tub for relaxing moments or exclusive aperitifs at sunset rather than the observation of starry skies by candlelight on fine evenings. The furnishings are exquisite, from the large gazebo with its still-intact curtains surrounding it to a solid, linear iron table that extends to seat 12. A sitting room with a tempered glass coffee table two armchairs and sofa, a parasol equipped with casters so it can be moved as needed on hot summer days. All these furnishings are included in the sale. A tower above can be an additional usable area. The property has been finished in every aspect: alarm system, cameras, mosquito nets, interior packet blinds on all windows, specially designed to filter the impressive light that radiates the house from dawn to dusk without depriving you of the breathtaking view that you never get used to I can guarantee you.
This is a luxury home.
Not because it counts big designer names or ultra-modern home automation... because it enraptures and hypnotizes the senses and the soul by bursting with the unmatched beauty of Nature and its manifestations.
