Currently the farmhouse, arranged on 4 levels and served by an internal lift, is used as a location for large events as it has a large professional steel kitchen perfectly organised and equipped with food racks on each floor, two ovens (gas and wood) and all the necessary high-level equipment as well as 5 restaurant rooms for a total of approximately 250 seats between the ground floor and the first floor.

On the S1 floor there is a second kitchen with a technical room and a wine cellar, while on the P2 there is a suite with an internal bathroom. In the paved area in front of the farmhouse it is possible to accommodate an additional 300 seats. The property also includes a second building of smaller size, developed on a single floor above ground, of about 55 square meters that can be used, depending on the needs, as an outbuilding or as a warehouse for equipment reserved for the outside.
The peculiarity of the vast outdoor space surrounding the property is the presence of a bio-natural swimming lake, whose water is pure without the use of chemical agents as it is naturally fed by the water of an ancient Etruscan spring, whose replacement occurs naturally through a phytodepuration system and the flow of excess water towards a tributary of the Aniene that flows nearby.
Since the lake is perfectly integrated into the natural context of the place, a biodiversity ecosystem has been naturally recreated, characterised by flora and fauna typical of lake areas.
The property is currently ready to be used as a location for large events, also considering the current intended use (D/10) and given the large size of the internal and external spaces, but at the same time it can easily be restored to its residential use in order to be used as a high-level residence.
