This property situated on a sunny south-west facing hillside enjoys stunning views over the hills and the Monte Toraggio majestically towering 1,971 m above the Val Nervia. The 17,213 qm grounds are gently terraced and completely fenced in. The grounds are connected to communal water mains and there are water cisterns with the capacity to store 20,000 litre of water. The approx. 270 olive trees are cultivated and produce excellent olive oil of the Taggiasca variety. There are also fruit trees such as cherry trees, pear, apple and fig trees.

A private access road connects with the grounds; the final 900 m being dirt track yet accessible with a standard car. The nearest villages Apricale and Isolabona are a 5 km resp. 15 km car journey away.
Apricale is a romantic mountain village in peaceful setting, surrounded by olive groves and woodland. It has a selection of restaurants serving excellent Ligurian cuisine, a couple of bars, a food shop, a pharmacy and a post office. Throughout the year cultural exhibitions and events are being hosted in Apricale culminating in the theatre festival in August. Despite its rural setting, the lively costal towns of Bordighera and Ventimiglia are only 25 minutes away. Sanremo and the French towns of Menton, Nice and Monte Carlo are just a 1 hour drive away.
