This charming village apartment is located in the historic center of Apricale, enjoying excellent sun exposure and lovely views over the river valley and the mountain village of Perinaldo. The piazza, the small grocery shop, and the village’s welcoming restaurants are all just a few steps away and easily reached on foot.
With approximately 47 m² of living space, the apartment is compact and easy to manage, yet offers everything needed for a relaxing stay in Liguria. The entrance is sheltered beneath one of Apricale’s characteristic medieval arches. Three steps lead up to the entrance area, from which you enter the living room and continue into the kitchen and adjoining shower room. At the end of the kitchen, a staircase leads to the cozy converted attic space. Beneath the sloping roof there is room for two narrower beds, providing a total of 2–3 sleeping places. A floor-to-ceiling window fills the attic with natural light and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Additional sleeping accommodation is available via the sofa bed in the living area.
The small village apartment was modernized and newly furnished in 2018. The furnishings can be taken over, allowing immediate use — including as a holiday rental. Heating is provided by a pellet stove in the living room, hot water is supplied by an electric boiler, and cooking is done using bottled gas. Also included in the sale is a small cellar/storage room located in the building opposite.
Apricale is a romantic and wonderfully peaceful mountain village surrounded by olive groves and forests. The village has a well-preserved infrastructure and hosts various cultural exhibitions and events throughout the year, highlighted by the famous theatre festival in August. Despite its tranquil setting, the lively coastal towns of Bordighera and Ventimiglia can be reached in about 25 minutes. Sanremo, as well as the French towns of Menton, Nice, and Monte Carlo, are approximately one hour away by car.
