The fund can be reached by car from above, by parking the car on the ground and descending on foot, or from below, by parking in the parking lot shared with other landowners and by accessing the house from below by climbing a ladder.

The property in the land is a typical stone house for seasonal dwelling used for the cultivation of the fund in antiquity, it is built on two floors of about 14 square meters each, upstairs a living room and downstairs cellars, it is possible present an extension project taking advantage of the favorable building indexes of the area, building up to 80 square meters. The land is large and there is a lot of potential.

Currently the land is entitled to consortium drinking water and water for cultivation with storage tanks, one small and one very large of approximately 10,000 liters, there is no electricity but the connection is close. It would be ideal to install solar panels because there is a lot of sun. There are no toilets, but it is possible to build them either with an Imhoff pit or better with a compost toilet

The roof is new with Isotek insulation, also the plastering of the facades and the new gutters and downspouts. 
There are also projects for the re-functionalization and revaluation of the property and hypotheses for expansion but the projects would have to be presented and developed together with the architect who drafted them.
Some maintenance work is needed on the dry-stone walls but the property has been completely fenced with electro-welded mesh and main structural walls have been redone.
There are productive olive trees, fruit trees and mimosas in the lower part of the land; the mimosas are currently maintained and harvested by a local farmer who in exchange undertakes an annual cleaning of the land.
