This solid construction occupies a sunny location surrounded by 2,973 qm grounds and situated in the rolling hills above Dolceacqua. The view over the olive groves and surrounding hills is beautiful and the nearest villages Dolceacqua and Rocchetta-Nervina are roughly an 8 minute drive down the road. A well-constructed private road (approx. 400 m) shared with the neighbours, connects the grounds with the communal road.
