The natural stone house was completely renovated to the highest of standards in 2006.

A hall connects from the house to the open plan living room with a comfortable lounge, open fireplace, country style kitchen and dining area. French windows in the living area open out on the terrace with a wind sheltered veranda area serving as an additional living room during the cooler months of the year. The illuminated 8 x 4 m swimming pool is integrated in the spacious terrace area and serves as attractive place where to relax and enjoy the stunning views over the valley and the sea.
The country house is equipped with gas central heating (under floor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the upper floor) and air conditioning in the staircase, serving both floor levels. The windows are insulated and fitted with shutters and insect protective blinds; satellite TV and Wifi booster for the outside area are in place.
The surrounding 2,000 qm grounds are laid out in terraces and completely fenced in; ample parking space on the grounds is available for several cars and an electric gate opens and closes on command. Some 30 olive trees produce approx. 100 l Taggiasca oil and the well looked after kitchen garden provides with seasonal vegetables. A boule area invites to explore a game with friends and family.
The house is situated some 40 minutes away from Sanremo, 20 minutes from Bordighera and some 50 minutes away from the Côte d’Azur with Monaco and the international airport Nice. The Sanremo Golf Course and the skiing resort Limone/Piemont are conveniently close and the nearest yachting harbours are in Bordighera, Ventimiglia, Sanremo or the French town of Menton. Dolceacqua offers an intact infra structure with a selection of restaurants, shopping facilities, tennis and padel courts.
