Right outside this bedroom is a 22 m2 panoramic terrace – a true eye catcher. From here, stunning views over the mountains all the way to the sea can be enjoyed. The terrace is a fantastic space where to enjoy the peace and quiet, the light and the beautiful Ligurian landscape in total privacy.

High quality aluminium windows with integrated insect protection and classic shutters add to the overall comfort. A satellite TV socket is also in place.
The location above Dolceacqua offers peace and quiet, open nature and Mediterranean quality of life. The medieval village with its historic centre, small shops, restaurants, weekly markets and cultural events is known to be one of the prettiest villages in Liguria. It offers an excellent infra structure accessible throughout the year.
The sea and coastal resorts on the Riviera are just a 30-minute drive away from the house and the Côte d’Azur with the international airport Nice can be reached within the hour. The waterfalls and places to swim in Rocchetta Nervina are yet another attraction not far from the house.
