The charming neighbouring village Badalucco is only 2 km away and offers a good infra structure with restaurants and shopping facilities. The beaches of Arma di Taggia are 10 km away.
Despite its rural setting Montalto has everything to cover your daily needs: A small food shop, a bar, a post office and a pleasant restaurant. A network of hiking routes starts right outside the front door and invites to explore the surrounding olive groves and chestnut woods all the way up to the Monte Ceppo and Monte Faudo.
