This 30,479 qm country estate enjoys a beautifully sunny location on a south-east facing sloping hill with stunning views over the medieval village, the valley below and the Maritime Alps in the distance. From here, Perinaldo is just a 10 minutes car journey away or 30 minutes on foot. The piece of land is relatively level and most of the natural stone walls have already been restored.
A planning permission to renovate and extend the ruined rustico currently standing on the ground has already been granted.
