The other two bedrooms are generously proportioned and they accommodate double beds and substantial bedroom furniture.

The basement comprises a large cellar and wood store. Currently, the space is used as a utility room and tool store. There is scope to incorporate the space into the existing living arrangements. Entry is via a door which leads off the front driveway.

In addition to the terrace, there is a rear patio with a mature vine and a long area of ​​chestnut trees to the front with a path leading to an outdoor stone oven and barbecue.

The small hamlet of Trenzanasca with its friendly community, is very quiet and is a wonderful place for gentle hikes around the rolling green hills of the Val di Vara. There is a wealth of flora and fauna in the surrounding area and it is an excellent spot for gathering wild mushrooms in autumn!
The attractive medieval town of Varese Ligure is less than 4 kilometers away with its many welcoming bars and restaurants. The town has an array of amenities and food shops offering local produce with an authentic flavor of Liguria. There is a bustling street market every Tuesday and in the summer months, locals, and visitors alike flock to the town's scenic swimming pool. In August, the town hosts an acclaimed festival of outdoor opera in the picturesque Borgo Rotondo. Varese Ligure is a special place with a rich history and a beautifully preserved center with its colorful porticos. It is about 30kms inland and the lovely seaside town of Sestri Levante can be accessed in under 45 minutes.
