Immersed in silence, this home stands on the beautiful Ligurian "Calanchi". During the day the gaze sweeps over the hill (7 hectares/18 acres of property) encountering only woods and fields. In the evening you can see deer venture not far from the house. Fireflies come visit at night (the air is very clean). The House of Silence is a meditative place: in autumn and winter you can relax by either of two fireplaces of the house; in spring and summer you will find peace and rest under the large veranda surrounded by roses, or in the hammocks among the trees of the property, or under the gazebo a little further on, towards the area dedicated to the vegetable garden. A dirt road, which can be traveled by any car, allows you to reach the state road in 2 minutes, making it convenient for connections to the big cities (2.5 hours from Milan, 2 hours from Turin) and the beach (40 minutes from Savona).

On the first floor, you will find the living room with fireplace and local stone floors which leads to the beautiful wood and marble kitchen with its marble sink. A wengé wooden staircase leads to the upper level, which is all wooden floors. The interior doors are made of chestnut wood. Main and secondary doors, which open onto a splendid veranda, are shatterproof. All windows have double glazing. Behind the house there is a gazebo. All is protected by an alarm, which can also be managed remotely; heating is provided by a propane gas canister, also manageable remotely. There is a watering system all around the house and to the vegetable garden, ready to be connected to the greenhouse.
