The agricultural annexes consist of the stable, the multifunctional laboratory, the wood shed - tool storage and the boiler room.

The newly built agricultural building on the ground floor is occupied by the stable, for approximately 100 square meters designed to ensure animal welfare, which currently houses 11 bovines (but can contain more) of the ancient Ligurian breed "Cabannina" which is very rare and therefore supported by public funding.
On the upper floor, the hayloft and the multifunctional room / laboratory equipped and compliant with HACCP, in which activities of slaughtering small animals, production of cheese, honey and jams can be carried out, complete with sanitary room, changing room and two storage rooms.
The company, in fact, also deals with breeding rabbits and chickens, as well as having some hives for honey production.

The boiler room is in a separate building and the wood shed is an ancient building with exposed stone facade.

The company, operational since 2017, currently has two employees in addition to the owners.
It is equipped with means and equipment including tractor, motor cultivator, rotary hoe, circular saw, etc.
