Just outside the village of Dossena, in the midst of private forest, at a height of 1000 meters in the Lombardy Alps, one finds Ca' di Spuncc, a unique gem that can house a group of maximum 8 people.
It is a perfect place to enjoy the forest during hikes, marvel at the views on the surrounding mountains and enjoy the clear water of the two forest streams and natural spring. To relax, one can meditate on one of the terraces or prepare a sumptuous lunch in the large BBQ area, or just snuggle under the umbrella and read a book.
Ca’ di Spuncc is a 120 m2 well maintained rustic house, nested in a 25,000 m2 private forest with 2 forest streams and offering 3 floors with a total of 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The ground floor of Ca’ di Spuncc is an open space offering a living area with wood burner, a dining area with large dining table, and a small but complete kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with hot water, micro wave, a stove, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge and there is a vast array of cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
The first floor consist of 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), toilet, rain shower, washing machine and a second wood burner.

All floor are equipped with smoke and CO detectors.
In front of the house is a large terrace with garden seating and large umbrella.
In the adjacent building is a large BBQ area with pizza oven and in front of this there is a very large picnic table allowing seating for some 20 guests.
Next to the house is a hill with apple trees and a viewing platform. Ideal for some lounging and viewing the valleys of the Alps.
There is a parking space for 2 cars next to the road and a downhill well maintained and lit pathway leads to the house. The house comes fully furnished.
