POSSESSION STATUS: free from people, occupied by movable assets transferred together with the property (as mentioned above) and by movable assets subject to separate transfer. Interested parties are informed that the movable assets subject to separate transfer will remain in place at the property until their sale, even if the property is awarded in the meantime, without any burden or responsibility being attributable to the Procedure, the Curator or the Commissioner from the winning purchaser, with the custody of the assets being the responsibility of the winning purchaser. In any case, the cadastral identification prevailing, shall prevail over what is indicated in the transfer deed. Only the bidders bear the burden of obtaining an updated valuation report compared to the one attached to this notice and of verifying the existence of any urban planning modifications that have occurred subsequent to the deposit of the aforementioned valuation report and the publication of this notice.
