This is an absolutely unique solution consisting of a farmhouse renovated in 2003 by the hand of a well-known designer who was a pupil of Scarpa, an extremely important figure in the world of 20th century architecture.

The territory:
Polpenazze del Garda is mainly known for the production of Valtenesi wine and Garda oil. The Wine Fair is held here every year, in the last weekend of May in the streets of the historic center. It is located on the western shore of Lake Garda and is one of the seven municipalities of Valtenesi. It is characterized by a hilly area and is therefore a purely agricultural area, the typical crops are: viticulture and olive growing. The main grape is Groppello, followed by Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera. Polpenazze is the largest producer of oil in Valtenesi . Picedo is also well known, the largest fraction of Polpenazze del Garda.
