The Mill is divided into two parts, a wider on the left and a narrower one on the right, where it probably housed the mill driven by the waters of the stream, used to grind wheat, corn and chestnuts.

The property can be reached by car and is about 3,000 square meters. of a floored garden planted with fruit trees and typical lake plants and is surrounded by grassy ridges delimited by terraces with dry stone walls. The stream that flows from Buco della Volpe crosses the property and makes this house really unique in its kind with a romantic atmosphere of yesteryear.

The current, precise and authorized architectural project attentive to the original elements such as the stone of Moltrasio is presented in the rustic especially for the internal parts and provides for housing on two levels.
The project is well defined even in the outdoor spaces, with a stone part left to the original flavors that will host the sleeping area and a very modern glazed part that will host the large living area.

On the garden floor show themselves the large living room with windows overlooking the lake and the exposed trusses, the kitchen overlooking the living room, the guest bathroom and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The third room with its own bathroom occupy the basement floor. The cost of finishing the house is estimated at about 500,000.00 euros.

Over time this particular and unique dwelling has inspired several historical pen quotes of the erudite from Como, Paolo Giovio in his work Paulii Iovii Descriptio Larii Lacus, written in 1537 and published in Venice in 1559: «Just above Cernobbio on the gentle slopes of the very high Mount Bisbino, you can see Piazza, Rovenna, Toldino, which enjoy scarce crops but excellent quality of wheat».

Giambattista Giovio still wrote in 1795 in his work Como e il Lario: "There is wheat collected from grains so beautiful and large, that they willingly cooked in soup in the shape of farre and barley".
