The new PVC windows with slim profiles and large glazed surfaces provide excellent brightness together with outstanding thermal and acoustic insulation.
The heating system is underfloor radiant heating powered by a gas boiler with a 300-litre storage tank combined with two solar thermal panels.
For cooling, an air-conditioning system with 4 internal units and one external air-to-air unit has been installed.
