The large terrace on the front of the house enjoys a beautiful lake view but above all is perfect for dinners and lunches; the garden is spread over three cliffs, the largest and also the most panoramic houses a small building, ideal for being turned into a summer kitchen and a pleasant pergola. The other cliffs are small courtyards, with gravel and a small stone cottage which makes everything very suggestive.

Location
The house in Moltrasio is located at the beginning of Via Verde, a beautiful walk that connects Moltrasio with Carate Urio from which you can enjoy splendid views. Ideal for morning jogging and a walk with the dog or children.

Access to Casa Moltrasio is pedestrian, from the private garage it is necessary to walk about 300 meters.
