Lake Como

At an altitude of approximately 900 meters, immersed in the greenery of the surrounding mountains and 5 km from the shores of Lake Como in Menaggio, Palazzo Estate offers a former convent and parish priest's residence measuring 1,387 square meters, nestled in a magnificent 6,500 square meter park.

The property requires renovation and restoration to enhance its ancient architectural origins, typical of the late 19th century.

Designed by the MAD COMO Architecture Studio, Corte del Silenzio is an exclusive residential project dedicated to well-being, longevity, and contemporary living.
The property was created from the restoration of an ancient convent and the historic parish priest's residence, buildings steeped in memory and spirituality, today reinterpreted through an elegant, essential, and profoundly contemporary architectural language.
Here, silence—once a spiritual element—becomes a new luxury: time, privacy, nature, protection, and quality of life.
Corte del Silenzio is neither a traditional hotel nor a healthcare facility in the conventional sense.
It's a new form of high-end living, a place designed for people who want to live in a refined, safe setting immersed in the beauty of Lake Como, with integrated services dedicated to wellness, longevity, and discreet personal care.
Corte del Silenzio was born as a Luxury Wellness & Care Residence, an innovative residential ecosystem that combines historic architecture, contemporary design, integrated well-being, absolute privacy, discreet assistance, high-level hospitality, and contact with nature.
The goal is to create an exclusive residence for long or permanent stays, dedicated to a sophisticated, high-net-worth international clientele.
A place to live better, more slowly, and with greater quality.
Corte del Silenzio offers a rare living experience, founded on absolute privacy, quiet and discretion, personalized high-level services, authentic contact with nature, and integrated well-being.
Each space is designed to foster balance, comfort, and quality of life, in a protected and profoundly elegant setting.
What makes Corte del Silenzio unique is its unique nature:
a place with an authentic historical identity, immersed in the landscape of Lake Como, where luxury is not ostentation, but time, silence, beauty, and invisible care.

It is surrounded by meadows and centuries-old woods. This small village will captivate you with its splendid views and charming houses built in local stone.
