This pretty little house is located in Ossuccio, in the historic centre near the Romanesque church of Sant'Agata and along the route of the famous Green Way of Lake Como.
Once in front of the property you enter through a small atrium to find the beautiful living room with open kitchen overlooking the porch facing Lake Como; through a comfortable internal staircase in natural stone you reach the upper floor where we find the master bedroom, also facing Lake Como and on a comfortable and panoramic balcony, and the bathroom.
On the top floor, also connected by the internal staircase, there is the attic currently used as a study-library.
The property is surrounded by a lovely, flat private garden also facing Lake Como.
The house is very bright and is set in a quiet location; from all the living floors and from the garden there is an enchanting view over Lake Como and towards the Isola Comacina.

Ossuccio - a picturesque tourist resort located on the western shore of Lake Como, about 20 km from the town of Como. In 2003, the Sacro Monte di Ossuccio was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list. In front of the town is the only island on Lake Como - Isola Comacina - open for tourists to explore the ruins of the ancient baptistery and the foundation of an ancient church. In addition, the island is home to one of the most famous restaurants on Lake Como - 'La Locanda dell'Isola Comacina', with an excellent traditional Como menu.
