It is me, I was born in the early 19th century, and I am still that of then, with my large entrance door that now opens by pressing a button (there is always also the dormer for those who enter with the key), my large red brick columns still carry the rings where the horses were tied waiting for a horse riding or the biada.

The columns are many, all in line and support the roof of my long porch which is for me a source of pride because of the ancient wooden beams that make it up. Don't scare yourself when I say "ancient": precise that I am ancient that modestly it is a value, I'm not old, this is thanks to those who have restored me over time.

I'm a historic farmhouse and it is said that behind my walls so thick it has stopped Napoleon 1st and under the large now centuries-old fig tree that is behind the house, he has taken a few naps.
True, the silence is absolute, apart from some gossip birds that it has to say. I've never heard there under talk of battles, while everyone has always said that these figs are good and how you are well here.

This long porch, which is so shading in summer, has on its right the main house with on the ground floor rooms with fireplace. No, the fireplaces are not only there to heat up, but to have the family around it together, and heat the heart of our friends; maybe even of our enemies.

Of course, the radiators with their independent heating system for the 2 residential units are also part of me.

Ah, I forgot, at the end of the porch you can see the sorba intact, with its pump fishing at the source. This spring water is said to have special properties and there was a street of people interested in it. Don't ask me what the property was, because I'm honest, and I don't remember anymore.

On the other hand, I can tell you that my park of about 2000 square meters, if you keep the lawn cut, extends like a carpet at the foot of the large trees and I assure you that if you decide to make more residential units using, in addition to the ones there are, also the space of the building barchesse, each will have its own space in the shade, in solitude or in the company. If in the silence you don't want the birds, send them away, but it doesn't seem appropriate, they are discrete.

I was still forgetting, in front of my door there is a courtyard area, a large parking lot that is a bit my shame because it has to be cleaned up, but you know, no one is perfect.

But on the right of the door there is the ancient oven, the only one in external Cream; there is land around the columns, you have to take it off if you want it to return to its ancient splendor. The birds say, always theirs, that inside there is still the smell of bread ... I don't know if it is true, but certainly, that there is an odor and a flavor that we always take us inside.

I'm here I'm not moving, also because this is not a seismic area and so I'm waiting for you too if you think you can realize yourself with your needs.
