In Abbadia Lariana we offer a building plot with partial lake view located in an elevated position above the main road. The plot of approx. 2900 sqm is also composed of an agricultural portion of approx. 1800 sqm. This allows a building area of approximately 200 sqm. On the plot, which is divided into 2 parts, a one- or two-family building can be planned on two floors for a maximum permitted height of 9.5 metres. All year long, Como's shipping company offers comfortable connections to other popular locations around the lake.
If you love to ski and snowboard, you can drive to famous winter sports resorts like St. Moritz (Switzerland), Madesimo, Bormio and Livigno (Italy) in two to three hours.
